Horizon Wins – September 2022 – The Village of Gambier has selected two of Horizon’s 1 Gbps DIA (Dedicated Internet Access) circuits, as well as Horizon’s hosted voice service Voice Connect, to support its upgraded utilities services for the next 7 years.
The Village of Gambier, the host of Kenyon College in Knox County, was in the process of updating its water plant and needed reliable Internet service and a faster connection to ensure success across its critical operations. Keeping connected with business cloud communications, Voice Connect also proved to be a scalable and dynamic solution, maximizing business agility and accessibility. To support these requirements, the Village of Gambier’s leaders selected Horizon to deliver its advanced networking capabilities, ensuring they could work with one provider for a complete solution while mutually supporting locally based partners.
“Communities and residents rely on 24/7 Internet access for real-time public health and safety services,” says Glenn Lytle, CRO for Horizon. “We are proud to be a trusted local fiber partner in our own communities and to provide for their unique needs now and in the future.”
