Record messages from incoming
callers. Retrieve messages from your
home phone or other locations.
Setting Up Your Mailbox
• Activate Call Forwarding and then
call 740-779-9005 once again.
• When prompted to enter a Mailbox
Number, enter your 10-digit home
phone number
• Enter your temporary password,
0000, followed by the # key.
NOTE: You have the option to change
your password later.
• Press 9 for Mailbox Setup.
Create Your Greeting
• Dial 740-779-9005 and enter your
Mailbox Number.
• Press 9 for Mailbox Setup and
enter the temporary password,
0000, followed by the # key.
• Press 1 for Greeting Options.
• Follow the prompts to record your
greeting. Press 2 if you need to rerecord
your greeting then press the
# key.
• Review your greeting and follow the
prompts to make additional changes.
• Press * to return to the setup menu
or hang up if your are finished.
Change Your Password
• Dial 740-779-9005 and enter your
Mailbox Number.
• Press 9 for Mailbox Setup, then
press 2 for the password menu.
• Follow the prompts to change your
password, followed by the # key.
• Verify your new password by
entering it again, followed by the #
key.
• Press *to
return to the setup menu
or hang up if you are finished.
NOTE: If you do not wish to change
the current password or greeting, you
can keep the default settings.
Accessing Your Voicemail
When you have a new message,
your will hear a distinctive “stutter” in
your dial tone.
To review your messages:
• Dial 740-779-9005 and enter your
Mailbox Number.
• Enter your password and press 1 in
the main menu.
• Listen for the message retrieval
options.

Premium Voicemail
Your premium voicemail subscription
allows up to three extension
mailboxes for your business to
receive individual messages through
a single phone number. Each mailbox
will have a personal greeting and
password.

An administrator is required to
access the group mailbox and set
up the extension mailboxes. The
administrator will need to record
the greeting for the group mailbox,
assign the extension numbers and
provide users with their temporary
passwords.
Group Mailbox Setup
Create Your Group Greeting
Must be done by the Administrator.
• Dial the 740-779-9005 access
number.
• When prompted to enter a Mailbox
Number, enter the 10-digit business
phone number.
• Press the 0 key to access the
Group Greeting menu.
• Enter the temporary password,
0000, followed by the # key.
NOTE: You have the option to change
your password later.
• From the Group Greeting menu,
Press 4 to record a group greeting.
• Record your greeting, followed by
the # key.
Example: You have reached ABC
Business Services. To leave a
message for Sales, press 1. To
leave a message for Repair, press
2 … etc.
• Press 1 to review your greeting
and follow the prompts to make
additional changes.
• Press 2 to save changes and
press the * key to return to the
Main Menu.
Create Greeting for Extension
Mailboxes
• Dial 740-779-9005 and enter your
Mailbox Number.
• When prompted for the Mailbox
Id (1, 2, or 3), enter the ID for the
mailbox you wish to personalize.
• Enter the temporary password,
0000, followed by the # key.
• From the Main Menu, press 9 for
Mailbox Setup. Then press 1 for
Greeting Options.
• Press 4 to record the extension
mailbox greeting, followed by the #
key.
• Review your greeting and follow
the prompts to make additional
changes.
• Repeat this process to set up
additional mailboxes. You can also
press the * key twice to return to the
Main Menu.
Change Your Extension Mailbox
Password
• Dial 740-779-9005 and enter your
Mailbox Number.
• When prompted for the Mailbox
ID (1, 2, or 3), enter the ID for the
mailbox you wish to personalize.
• Enter the temporary password,
0000, followed by the # key.
• From the Main Menu, press 9 for
Mailbox Setup. Then press 2 to
change your password.
• Follow the prompts to change
your password, followed by the #
key.
• Verify your new password by
entering it again, followed by the #
key.
• Press the * key to return to the
Mailbox Setup menu, or hang up
if you are finished.
Accessing Your Group Mailbox
Messages
When you have a new message,
you will hear a distinctive “stutter” in

To review your messages:
• Dial 740-779-9005 and enter your
Mailbox Number, if prompted.
• Enter your Mailbox ID.
• Enter your new password,
followed by the # key.
• Re-enter your password followed
by the # key.

• Keep track of your new password
for future reference.
NOTE: In order to use Premium
Voicemail service, Call Forwarding
must be Activated.
