The Mansfield Art Renews Horizon Fiber and Hosted Voice Services to Continue Delivering Feature-Rich, Robust Connectivity

Horizon Wins – February 2023 – Horizon is proud to announce that a local Ohio art studio, The Mansfield Art Center, has signed on for three more years of 1Gbps Horizon fiber and hosted voice service. These solutions, which are key to supporting operations with robust connectivity and voice service, continue to help The Mansfield Art Center deliver exceptional experiences to its customers.

Since its inception in 1945 as The Mansfield Fine Arts Guild, The Mansfield Art Center has been dedicated to facilitating and supporting the members of its community through instruction and access to thousands of professional artists’ work. The center offers classes in an array of art forms, including glassblowing, painting, ceramics, jewelry making and more, and continues to build on its rich history to enhance lives through art. As part of this mission, when The Mansfield Art Center was experiencing lackluster phone service and noticed a lack of important call features, they knew it was time to update their communications and networking solutions.

Horizon fiber delivers exceptional levels of reliability, security, speed and more across a state-of-the-art network, and Horizon’s Voice Connect solution delivers feature-rich, cloud-based services over that robust network. Voice Connect streamlines business phone systems, offering fully-featured desktop phones as well as additional options, including the ability to bring calls and instant messages on the go with an intuitive app for employee devices. This comes alongside HD video conferencing, softphone, and instant messaging capabilities. With these solutions in place, The Mansfield Art Center is equipped to deliver optimized services to its community — all while being supported by an expert local partner.

“Access to the arts and an ability to develop one’s own interests in this area is a great way to enrich the lives of those who live in local Ohio communities, and for The Mansfield Art Center, robust communications options are key to keeping those efforts going,” states Glenn Lytle, CRO of Horizon. “We’re very excited to continue helping The Mansfield Art Center serve as a key enabler for the artistic development of this community.”
